Shipping Costs
Shipping cost will be added to all orders The shipping fee is based on weight.You can find out how much it will be by clicking on Estimate shipping option in the Shopping Cart or in the Checkout (step 2). You must be logged in in order to get to the Checkout. You will always just pay the shipping cost specified in the Checkout even if your order will be delivered in multiple packages.

All prices on BrokenSoul are displayed with Swedish SEK.
Returns and complaints
If there should be anything wrong with your product, send an e-mail to us from the Contact Us page and describe what's wrong, include your order number and we will give you instructions on what you should do. Make sure to save the packaging material.
Time for Delivery
Expect to have your order delivered a week after the received order This may wary depending on your exact shipping address.
Checkout
When you are done shopping and wants to pay what you have in your shopping cart, just click on Checkout or Shopping Cart and then on Go to checkout.
Payment with PayPal
You pay with PayPal, the world largest service for payment over Internet. You can pay with your credit card through PayPal. The Payment is done over an encrypted connection for maximum security and privacy. Your card number don't reach us. You don't have to sign up for an account or get a login at PayPal if you don't want to, you can pay right away with your credit card.
Confirm your order by clicking on "Check out by Paypal". You will now come to the payment page at PayPal. Make sure it says shop@brokensoul.se as recipient (Pay To). If you don't have a PayPal account and don't want to get one click on Click here. You will then come to a page where you will need to fill out your shipping details, such as address, then click on Continue Checkout. On the next page fill out your credit card details and click Continue Checkout. After confirming your order will you be sent back to BrokenSoul. You will then be given a confirmation that the payment has been completed and we are starting to work with your order. You will also get an e-mail with your order.
With payment over PayPal we will start working on your order right away.
